Agreement to Terms

Services & Estimates
All services provided by Daddy O's Rod & Kustom are performed on a time and materials basis. Written or verbal estimates are provided in good faith based on information available at the time of the estimate. Actual costs may vary as additional parts or labor needs arise during the build process. Any significant changes to scope or cost will be communicated directly with the client prior to proceeding. A deposit is required upon agreement to begin sourcing parts and scheduling your project.
Liability & Warranty
Daddy O's Rod & Kustom strives to deliver the highest quality workmanship on every build. All parts are sourced from reputable manufacturers and wholesalers. While we stand behind our work, we are not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, customer-supplied parts, or issues resulting from modifications made by other parties after the vehicle leaves our shop. Any concerns about completed work should be reported promptly. We will work in good faith to address any legitimate service issues.
